SLIDE SHOW OVERVIEW

 

Briggs Freeman | Sotheby's International Realty wants to provide our agents with the best possible services; that’s why we created the Bronze and Silver Slide Show system. Here’s an overview detailing what each Slide Show provides. We hope this answers all of you questions, but if you have any others, please email us.

 

Note: An astrix (*) next to a line indicates that the feature is unique to this particular variety of slide show.

 

Bronze Slide Shows

 

A bronze slide show costs $25 dollars and consists of:

• A static photo-based slide show that clicks through to your slide show's URL page
• *A Flash based slide show (extra large - 773 pixels by 465 pixels) consisting of 10 photos
• The Property Address
• The Property Description
• The Property Romance
• The Agent(s)'s info
• More information button
• Send to a friend button
• Contact the Agent Button
• A Social Media "Share Section" for both Facebook and Twitter
• Google Analytics
• Search Engine Optimization (Youtube also indexes your property slide show, so now it will be searchable via BF site and the BFecard.com site, giving you two distinct opportunities to capture audiences.)

 

 

Silver Slide Show

 

A silver Slide Show costs $50 dollars and consists of:

• A static photo-based Slide Show that clicks through to your Slide Show's URL page
• *A Youtube video Slide Show (with Music, Panning, Zooming, and Beginning Title (Address) and Ending Title (Agent Name)) with up to 20 images.
• The Property Address
• The Property Description
• The Property Romance
• *A Flash-based Photo slider with lightbox for 10 images
• The Agent(s)'s info
• More information button
• Send to a friend button
• Contact the Agent Button
• A Social Media "Share Section" for both Facebook and Twitter
• Google Analytics
• Search Engine Optimization--(Youtube also indexes your property, so now it will be searchable via BF site, the BFSlide Show site, AND Youtube, giving you three distinct opportunities to capture audiences.)

 

 

What do slide shows Not Include?

 

Property Price - Ideally, your Slide Show should serve you as a click-through platform to channel more people to your BF property page. Think of your Slide Show as something of a teaser rather than an all-informing page. You want your audience to be curious enough to email you with questions, so leaving out the price is a strategic marketing move rather than negligence.
